Step Three: Fill it out using blue or black ink.
Step Four: Send in the completed application forms, materials below and a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope.
Studio: Submit 10 slides, videotape or CD of your best artwork. Include a typed one-page statement of your intentions regarding studies in art studio.
Art History: Submit one typed research or academic paper, preferably about art, that demonstrates your writing ability. Include a typed one-page statement of your intentions regarding studies in art history.
