USF Paris Program > Financial Aid Options

Students who are eligible for loans and grants to take classes at USF may also obtain assistance to study in this program. USF students should visit:

for further information. Students currently attending other universities should apply to their home institutions for financial aid. Only those USF students who will exceed their standard semester budget as determined by the Office of Financial Aid will need to have additional certification completed by the Education Abroad Office.

Students currently attending other universities should apply to their home institutions for financial aid.

The Office of Financial Aid will assist qualified USF degree seeking students in receiving the financial aid funds they are eligible for while participating in overseas study. Please note that there are no funds specifically designated for foreign study programs. Undergraduate students must be enrolled for at least 6 hours during the summer in order to receive financial aid; graduate students must enroll for at least 5 credits.

Note that financial aid payments are not coordinated with the Paris program fee payments which are due during the spring semester prior to the program. Any summer financial aid which may be available to a student will most likely be received by the student after the start date of the program.
